Our rates are based on the size of your RV, length of stay and number in your party.
Yes. Each space in our resort offers water, sewer, extended cable TV, 30/50 amp electric service. Monthly rates are plus metered electric.
Yes. We have two large pull thru sites in our park.
Yes. We have a limited number of sites in our park to accommodate a rig of that size. Our sites include standard back-ins and two pull-thrus.
Yes. Our park offers a discount on groups of 10% for daily rates. To qualify for this discounted rate your group must consist of five or more rigs.
Yes. Just up the small hill from us you will find a Super WalMart, Smart N Final for your grocery needs, and much more. Major retailers and a shopping mall are located in El Cajon, only a 15 minute drive from our resort.
Yes. We are within walking distance of a number of eateries including an Italian restaurant, a small Mexican restaurant and a number of Pizza Parlors.
Yes. Our park is Extremely Pet Friendly. We allow for two pets per rig free of charge. Additional charges apply for the third or more pets. Our park has a large off-leash or on-leash open dog run and dog cookies in the front office. All we ask is that you please pick up after your pet and keep them under control at all times.
We are very sorry but our park does not allow any Pit Bull breeds or Rottweilers (Breeds including Staffordshire terriers or any other breeds commonly referred to as Pit Bulls are not allowed.)
Yes. Twice weekly (Wednesday & Saturday) Reliable Propane delivers to any RV in the park requesting propane. You may pick up a yellow Reliable Propane sign to hang on your rig as a symbol that you would like to receive propane.
Check-in time is normally 1:00pm and Check-out time is normally 12:00pm (noon). If a problem exists, discuss with the management or you will be charged for another day.
Yes. All RVs must be self-contained, factory and are subject to an exterior inspection upon arrival. The RV must be clean, rust free, no broken windows, and if motor powered, running. Tarps on roofs, and any visible modifications are strictly prohibited.
Yes. Our park has a ten year rule on all monthly rigs.
During high fire season (May – October) wood fires of any type are NOT allowed. This includes fire rings and fires for grilling. Propane, charcoal, and pellet fires are allowed anytime. During the winter and early spring, wood Campfires are permitted inside a Fire Ring only. Fine Mesh Spark Suppressors / Screens are required to comply with city laws.
Our resort offers daily, weekly or monthly rates. Rigs that wish to have extended rates must fall under the monthly restrictions.
Yes. We offer 10% discounts off of our daily rate for AAA, Good Sam, and Active Duty Military. A valid ID card must be presented at check-in to obtain any discount. Offers may not be combined and not apply to any other discounted rates.
We always try to accommodate your needs. Sites can be requested, but cannot be guaranteed.
Yes. We have eight Maytag washers and dryers. Machines are coin-operated and quarters are available in the front office. Please do not begin a load after 8:00pm as you will not have time to finish. All park facilities are locked up at 9:00pm.
No. At this time we do not offer monthly storage of RVs.
We currently accept Visa or MasterCard, Cash, Travelers Checks, and Cashiers Checks for daily or weekly stays.
We have five tent sites.
No. Generators are permitted in power outages only.
We do not have any on site rentals. RV rentals are available in the area that can be brought in and set up at our park. Please contact office by email or phone for further details.
All daily and weekly reservations must cancel by telephone, email or written notice within 72 hours of arrival date or else there is a $25.00 charge. All monthly reservations must cancel 7 days prior to arrival date or else there is a $100.00 cancellation charge. $100.00 deposit will be forfeited in place of cancellation charge.
