“DOES THE RV PARK HAVE WIFI? HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?”

Free WiFi available at pool/spa area. High speed at all sites available for additional charge.

“WHAT ARE THE RV PARK RATES?”

Our rates are based on the size of your RV, length of stay and number in your party.

“ARE YOUR RV SITES FULL HOOKUP?”

Yes. Each space in our RV Park offers water, sewer, basic cable TV with 72 channels, 30/50 amp electric service. Monthly rates are plus metered electric.

“DO YOU OFFER PULL THRU RV SITES?”

Yes. We have two semi pull thru sites in our park.

“CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE A 45' RV?”

Yes. We have a limited number of sites in our park to accommodate a rig of that size. Our sites include standard back-ins and two semi pull-thrus.

“HOW FAR IS THE RV PARK FROM SAN DIEGO?”

Our RV Park is only a 20 minute drive from San Diego depending on traffic. Most attractions are approximately 20 – 25 minutes from our Park.

“IS THE RV PARK CLOSE TO A SHOPPING MALL?”

Yes. Just up the small hill from us you will find a Super WalMart, Smart N Final for your grocery needs, and much more. Major retailers and a shopping mall are located in El Cajon, only a 15 minute drive from our RV Park.

“ARE THERE ANY RESTAURANTS NEAR YOUR RV PARK?”

Yes. We are within walking distance of a number of eateries including an Italian restaurant, a small Mexican restaurant and a number of Pizza Parlors.

"IS THE RV PARK PET FRIENDLY?"

Yes. We have a large dog walk area across the creek, and doggy treats in the office.

"WHAT ARE THE BREED RESTRICTIONS ON PETS?"

We are very sorry but our park does not allow any Pit Bull breeds or Rottweilers (Breeds including Staffordshire terriers or any other breeds commonly referred to as Pit Bulls are not allowed.)

"DO YOU HAVE A HEATED POOL & SPA?"

Yes. Onsite we have a year round heated pool and spa to wash away the stresses of the day. Like all the amenities of the park, they are open year round from 7:00am to 9:00pm.

"DO YOU HAVE PROPANE AVAILABLE?"

Yes. On every other Tuesday, Propane delivers to any RV in the park requesting propane. Call the office the schedule a delivery to your site.

"WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT?"

Check-in time is after 1:00pm and Check-out time is before 12:00pm (noon). If a problem exists, discuss with the management or you will be charged for another day.

"DO YOU HAVE RESTRICTIONS ON THE TYPE OF RV IN YOUR PARK?"

Yes. All RVs must be self-contained, factory and are subject to an exterior inspection upon arrival. The RV must be clean, rust free, no broken windows, and if motor powered, running. Tarps on roofs, and any visible modifications are strictly prohibited.

"IS THERE AN AGE RESTRICTION FOR MONTHLY RVS?"

Yes. Our park has a ten year rule on all monthly rigs.

WHAT IS YOUR RULE ON CAMP FIRES?

Wood fires of any type are NOT allowed. This includes fire rings and fires for grilling. Propane, charcoal, and pellet fires are allowed anytime. Fine Mesh Spark Suppressors / Screens are required to comply with city laws.

HOW LONG CAN WE STAY AT RV PARK?

Our resort offers daily, weekly or monthly rates. Rigs that wish to have extended rates must fall under the monthly restrictions.

DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?

Yes. We offer 10% discounts off of our daily rate for Good Sam and Active Duty Military. A valid ID card must be presented at check-in to obtain any discount. Offers may not be combined and not apply to any other discounted rates.

CAN I RESERVE A SPECIFIC RV SITE?

You can, but it costs more money. You must call the office to secure a specific site.

DO YOU HAVE LAUNDRY FACILITIES?

Yes. We have eight Maytag washers and dryers. Machines are coin-operated and quarters are available in the front office. Please do not begin a load after 8:00pm as you will not have time to finish. All park facilities are locked up at 9:00pm.

DO YOU OFFER RV STORAGE?

No. At this time we do not offer monthly storage of RVs.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept AMEX, Discover, VISA, Mastercard, & ACH (which has no additional fees involved) for daily or weekly stays.

DO YOU ALLOW TENT CAMPING?

Yes, we have two tent sites. Tent reservations cannot be made on line. You must call the office to reserve.

DOES YOUR RV PARK ALLOW GENERATORS?

No. Generators are permitted in power outages only.

WHERE IS YOUR RV PARK LOCATED?

Our park is located in East San Diego County in Lakeside, one mile off Interstate 8. Please refer to our Contact Page for driving / GPS directions.

WHAT ATTRACTIONS DO YOU HAVE CLOSE BY?

We have many Area Attractions a short distance away, including Casinos, Hiking, Beaches, San Diego attractions and much more!

DO YOU OFFER ONSITE RENTALS?

We do not have any onsite rentals. RV rentals are available in the area that can be brought in and set up at our park. Please contact office by email or phone for further details.

WHERE CAN I RENT AN RV?

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

All reservations will forfeit the $25 deposit made at the time of reservation. Reservations of 1 month or more will be charged an additional $75, for a total of $100, if not given 30 days notice.
