Take your time with our monthly campsite options, designed for those who want a comfortable home base on the road. Spacious and well-equipped, these spots give you the freedom to relax and live the camping life for as long as you like.
Longterm Campsites
Our longterm campsites are designed to feel like a true home away from home. With spacious lots and all the hookups you need, these sites give you plenty of room to settle in comfortably. Enjoy easy access to amenities and a friendly community that makes longer stays feel welcoming and hassle-free.
Short Term
(1-3 Months, when available)
- Rent ranges from $850.00 - $1,325.00
- Set Reservation dates
- Rig needs to be less than 20 years old
- Exceptions can be made with manager approval
Long Term
(6 Months or longer)
- $11 Credit Check
- 5 Month Probationary Period prior to any Signed Rental Agreement
- Month to Month until you give 30-day written notice
- Rig needs to be less than 10 years old
All Monthly Stays
- $500 Deposit (Used for any cleanup, damages & last electric bill at move out)
- Electricity is metered
- Rent covers 2 people, 2 approved pets, and 1 vehicle
- Regardless of age, all rigs need to be in working condition. No missing doors / windows / vents / etc. No tarps
Extras
- Vehicle: $25 if it fits in your site; $50 for a reserved parking spot
- Person: $50
- Pet: $30
Things to Know

Additional Charges: Extra charges may apply for extra people, pets, vehicles & motorcycles.

Holidays: Holiday rates add $5.00 to the daily rate, $20.00 to the weekly rate or $50.00 to the monthly rate. Please check with the RV park office on which days qualify for holiday rates. We require a two day minimum stay during holiday periods.

Wi-Fi: Free WiFi available at pool/spa area. High speed at all sites available for additional charge.

Discounts: Park honors Good Sam / Active Duty Military Discounts for daily RV sites only. Note, discounts may not be combined.

Additional People: Extra person charges apply for each person over 3 years old.

RV Age: *10 year rule on rig. (For Extended Monthly Stays).

Cancellations: All reservations will forfeit the $25 deposit made at the time of reservation. Reservations of 1 month or more will be charged an additional $75, for a total of $100, if not given 30 days notice.

Deposits: $500.00 Deposit Required for monthly stays and will be credited against electric usage, keys, damage, cleanup or any unpaid rent if applicable.

Pet Policy: The first 2 pets are included with the price of your site. Each additional pet is $1.00 per day, per pet. Breed restriction. Sorry, we cannot accept Rottweiler or any Pit Bull breeds. Please call RV Park to see if your pet may fall under this classification.
